Confirmation:

We will send a confirmation email with class details and the manual after payment is made. If you don’t receive it within 24 hours after registering for the class, please check your Spam folder. We will send a confirmation email to both the purchaser and student 

Zoom Link:

The zoom link will be sent a few days before the class starts. Only one student is permitted for each registration. Please do not share the zoom link with anyone.

Location and time: 

Online Livestream. Please note that class times are listed in Central Standard Time (CST), as I am located in Kansas City. Since we have students attending from across the United States and around the world, please be sure to verify the class time for your local time zone.

Class Requirements:

To participate in the class, you will need a computer with a camera and microphone, along with a reliable internet connection. A tablet can also be used, but at minimum a computer monitor is recommended for the best viewing and participation experience.

For the best learning environment, we recommend attending from a quiet location with minimal distractions. Since the class includes exercises and manual reviews, it is also highly recommended that you print the class manual and pH chart before class. Having printed materials available will make it easier to follow along, complete exercises, and take notes throughout the training.

Please note that recording of the class is not permitted. If multiple students who have each purchased the class will be attending on the same device, all registered students must remain visible on camera throughout the training. For the best experience, a larger TV or monitor is recommended, along with convenient access to a microphone so everyone can participate comfortably.

We respect your privacy. Information you submit (name, email, phone, etc.) is used only for class registration and communication. We may use tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand website usage and improve our services. Payment information is securely processed through Stripe. We do not sell your personal information.
