About Your Instructors
Jeff Cutshall is a Master Textile Cleaner and Approved IICRC Instructor.
He started his carpet and upholstery cleaning journey over 40 years ago. He began working for a large national franchise right out of high school. He has enjoyed working in many facets of the cleaning industry as an employee, a manager and a successful business owner.
He is currently teaching five different classes and has been instructing, consulting and traveling internationally as a public speaker for over 25 years. He is bilingual and also teaches classes in Spanish. He continues to study language and cultures and volunteers his time in working with refugees.
In addition to his teaching and consulting work, Jeff and his wife Rachelle have been operating their commercial carpet cleaning business in Kansas City for over 25 years. In this is rapidly changing industry, he loves to continually experiment with a variety of cleaning methods, procedures and new products. Jeff is enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge and expertise with his students.
Because of his passion for teaching, Jeff wants to ensure that his students have the most rewarding educational experience. He has devoted himself to making sure the virtual classes are just as fun and interactive as any live class.

Greg Anderson is a respected restoration professional whose passion is helping others succeed through education, coaching, and mentorship. Throughout his career, he has focused on raising industry standards, building lasting relationships, and helping restoration companies improve their knowledge, performance, and customer service. His practical approach to training combines technical expertise with real-world experience, making every class valuable for both new and experienced restoration professionals.
Over Two Decades of Restoration Experience
Since beginning his restoration career in 2004, Greg has worked in nearly every area of the restoration industry. His experience includes water damage mitigation, mold remediation, reconstruction, catastrophe response, and insurance-related restoration projects.
Over the years, he has served in a wide variety of leadership and field positions, including Restoration Technician, Crew Chief, Team Leader, Project Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager, Adjuster, and Sales Manager. Today, Greg is the owner of RMTC, where he continues to train restoration professionals while helping companies improve their operations and technical expertise
